Good Exercises For Back Pain

I am in a desperate search for any good exercises that help control back pain. I'm currently 28 weeks along so I can't lean too far forward. Most of my pain is in the middle to lower back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

hi
stand on all fours like a cat,and hold your belly b___ton in,(STOMACH)and count to 10 ,be gentle,this will build your stomach muscles for your back.
i also suffer with my back.

my baby is 14 week old. but she is crying sunddnely at sleep time. and she afried also that time .

the one macella suggested is great! i don't know what shashi is talking about. another good one is wall pushups. it helps strengthen you back muscles. a friend reccommended this a couple months ago and it really does help. not only that it prepares your arm muscles to lug that baby around!
