Help Lsoing Weight During First Month Of Pregnancy

I just had begun an excersize and diet routine with my husband..but now i found out im pregnant......i am about 30 lbs overweight and i want to lose that to be healthier....is it still possible to lose that while i am pregnant? Or do i have to weight till after my baby is born now???

its very bad to diet during pregnancy - just excersise safely and eat healthy and you should be fine

You can continue to excercise and eat healthy as long as you check w/ your Dr about exercising. once you're pregnant you just have to realize it's healthy to gain weight and if you do then you need to. I was overweight before and had lost quite a bit before conceiving. I continued to lose w/o trying to when I got pregnant, and have gained 10 lbs back that I lost early in pregnancy plus about 5 more. So it is possible to have a healthy pregnancy w/o gaining a lot of weight. Good luck, just make sure to talk to your Dr. about all this.
