I am 39 weeks pregnant and my stomach is still the size of a basketball. I originally 115 lbs and now i weigh 149 lbs. Will this have any effect on the size of my baby?

no i dont think so i have herd of girl that look normal and their baby are health

My stomach is small too, I hardly look pregnant and I'm 5 months, but when I went in for U/S she measured in 79 percentile and was a good size, and my sis in law who was really big and everyone was afraid of her having a huge baby, but he was only 7 lbs 6 ounces, so your size isn't really a good predictor of how big or healthy your baby will be
