Lost Weight And 12w3d Along

okie...i am 12w3d's along and am losing weight...well more specifically I dont seem to be gaining any weight. I know that a big reason for this is that i have been able to almost completly cut soda pop out of my diet where i had been drinking a ton of it. Also I am not eatting out fast food wise any more cause it is just way to greasy for me. No chips either...can anyone else relate? I haven't lost a ton or anything...pre pregnancy i was 182...at my first appointment I was about 184-185...(that was at about 10w) ...and now I am back down to about 180ish...my scale is being tweaky...so i only have scale wieghts from my moms to go on....

Sounds like this isn't a problem since you may be carrying some extra weight already. Good for you on the diet changes--you and your baby will benefit! Eat a balanced diet of low fat proteins, complex carbs (stay away from white food) and LOTS of fruits, veggies and water. Your body will do what it needs to do. Be sure to check with your doctor at your next visit. If you were overweight to begin with, the average guidelines for pregnancy weight gain may not apply to you. Best of luck! Stay healthy!

Good for you eating so well! I agree w/redhead..that the average weight gain guidlines do not apply if you have extra weight on you prior to pg.
So youre fine in that regard Im sure.
Im about 10lbs heavier w/this pg that w/my last...so Im hopeing I wont gain the same 38lbs but maybe less.
Cross my fingers. (and maybe I'll walk a little more too:)
