Need Some Tips On Staying Healthy Pls Respond

Hello All !Guys I am 7 weeks pregnant and I started out overweight.I am trying to eat as healthy as possible and exercising regularly.I walk everyday for around 45 mins before going to bed at night.I was also thinking of going to the gym everymorning for 30 mins workout. Is it ok if I use the trademill for 30 mins and walk at a moderate speed ?plus continue my 45 mins walk after dinner time .Is it a good enough exercise or do you guys feel it would be too much for me?Would really appreciate your help on this.Thankyou

Hi there-my personal advice is this. DO NOT overtrain. Now is not the time to overdo anything. My advice is this: mix up your gym days and your walk days. What if you walked outside a few days, and then hit the gym on the other days- NOT on the same day. Everyones fitness level is different- now is not the time to drastically change what you have done in the past. Good luck
