I have a Nordic Track, the skiing thing with the pad for for abdoman. Does anyone know if it is safe to continue using it during my pregnancy?? I'm paranoid--I don't want to put to much pressure on my abs.

If there is pressure on the abs with (i'm not familiar with Nordic Track) you should not be using it. Any activity that puts pressure on the abs shoudl be avoided.
