Pregnancy And Weight Training

Hello, I started a weight training program 8 weeks ago and am planning on getting prego this summer. Has anyone continued working out with weights througout their pregnancy???

Yes. I have/do. Although towards the end, you will want to modify wieght and the way you do some of the things.

I have done weights since the beginning (I am 26 weeks now) up to this point I felt no different but I am starting to notice my muscles get weaker faster and it takes more time to recover..so she just listen to your body and be careful.

I am almost 12 weeks and I still work with weights. I just make sure not to overdo it.
