Running And Implantation

Lisa - February 1

I have been running 4-5 miles a day, 5 times a week for years. I was wondering if running after or the next day after intercourse can affect implantation?

Implantation typically occurs 6-12 days after ovulation. If the egg and sperm are in the correct part of your fallopian tube at or just following ovulation, you can get pregnant. It is a matter of the fertilized egg travelling to your uterus and implanting sufficiently to stay attached. This may sound like the totally wrong answer, but I am coming to the conclusion that if it was meant to be, it was meant to be. I am just as active as you...
