Running Of Of Energy During Workout

Hi everyone,
I exercise 4 times per week for 45 minutes each time. I either do low impact aerobics, step aerobics, walking or use the exercise bike. But as soon as I hit around the 30 - 35 minute mark I become extremely shaky and weak. Does anybody else experience this? I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant.
Thanks for your time.

Hi Lisa. I'm in my 17th week too and have been running daily about 2 to 3 miles since I've been pregnant. I noticed this week that I'm not as energetic as before and tend to tire easier. I suggest exercising at a slower rate or walking for a bit before resuming more of an aerobic work-out. This seemed to help with me. This week I started to run for about 1/2 mile before walking for about 5 to 10 minutes and then resuming my run again. Now, if I feel tired or get short of breath, I walk. I know it's a bit disheartening to shorten your work-out or exercise at a slower rate (it through me for a loop too), but try exercising at a slower pace or shortening the length of your work-out by about 5 minutes and see what happens. Listen to what your body is telling you. Slow down if you needed. Good luck and hang in there!

Thanks Carolyn. I have done exactly what you suggested and cut my work outs down to 40 minutes - so far I've had no problems. Thanks so much for your help.
