Hi ladies, I am writing to give some advice to all us hardcore weight fanatics! Squats are a big no no in the 2nd trimester. I learned that today by my doctor. I was doing lighter weight and higher reps, but because of the abdominal pressure you must not do them. Hope all is well and everyone is staying fit and healthy. Take care
