Hi! I am new to this site, so please bear with me. I am currently pregnant with my third child and in my second trimester. This child was not expected seeing that we just had a baby girl a year ago the end of this month, so I was in the process of meeting with a personal trainer and losing weight when I found out I was pregnant again. Since then, I havn't been to the gym due to the fact that this pregnancy is making me very sick and exhausted 24/7. I don't want to turn to mush and have a difficult time getting back to my old self after this baby, but I don't know if I can make it back to the gym any time soon. Does anyone know of any strength training exercises that are effective using only hand weights? I was using gym equipment and getting toned and I don't know if I can do anything from home that will be effective and safe during pregnancy. Could someone tell me of any exercises or exercise DVD's that will give me the results I am looking for?? I really would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!!
