Is it safe to jump on the trampoline in the first or second trimester?

Trampolining is contraindicated after 20 weeks. In other words, you shouldn't be on trampoline from 20 weeks. Sorry! Great for getting abck in shape after the birth though.

The fact that your bouncing up and down can cause baby to push down heavily on your bladder, which has already reduced in size and can cause a bit of embarras____nt

With my daughter, who is now 5, my Dr. said that as long as it didn't cause me any pain I should be ok. I decided to try it. Not a good idea. One bounce up, and on the way down I peed my pants! Every time. : )

Zz- I almost peed myself reading the responses. We bought my 4 yr old one and he keep bugging me to jump with him. In addition to worrying about wet shorts, I am more worried about the black eye I would receive from my engourged b___bs.

I heard that we shouldn't doing anything jarring. So, I'm pretty sure that trampolines fall into that catagory b/c of the up and down "jarring."
