okay well in gym class we are doing tummbeing like summer salts and hand stands and things like that i dont know if its safe though i am 9 weeks pregnant my gym teacher said it would be fine but i am still scared.
Are crunchers okay?
The way i am looking at it is as lonng as i am not stressing my body then it should be okay because i am staying away from the things that i know if i fall i could lose the baby..
well the basic question is should i find a new gym class or do you think ill be fine as long as i take it easy?

i have read that crunches during pregnancy can mess up your ab muscles because your muscles separate during pregnancy. i would suggest finding a pregnancy exercise cla__s to go to if you are wanting to exercise or maybe buying some excercising tapes with exercises strictly for pregnant women, or maybe talk to your gym and see if they offer any pregnancy exercising cla__ses.
