I've been trying to find a good prenatal workout video. Does anybody have any suggestions? And also, if you do, can you explain what the video covers? Thanks!

I have been using Fit Mamas Prenatal Workout, 4 times a week. I like how it has trimester variations built into it so you can use it through your entire preganancy. It has a cardio section (20 min.), a fat burn section (20 min.), a labor/delivery section (like 5-10 min) and a stretching section (5-10 min.). There are other bonus segmaents as well on different stretching moves but i haven't really looked at them. I really like the video. I will warn you though it is very repet_tive but thats just what i like b/c i don't like to have to think when i'm doing it. i have been doing it for about 2 1/2 months now and love it. I feel so much better since i started and when i don't get a chance to do it my body can tell. i would definately reccommend it.

I just had my baby girl last week. I liked Fit Mama too, but my favorites were the Crunch Yoga Mama and Zen Mama Yoga videos. I never once had back pain my entire pregnancy and didn't have much swelling until my feet swelled up the last few weeks, and I really think that was due to the yoga.
