Wave Pools And Being Pregnant

I was just wondering if wave pools are safe during pregnancy. I know that swimming is ok but are wave pools????

I've been advised to be careful in the sea, as your centre of gravity changes when pregnant, so you're more likely to lose your balance if hit by a big wave. I guess this logic would also apply for wave pools?!?
