i used to do gymnastics and as a result i am very flexible. i can lie on my chest and get my feet on my head and things like that. I cant find anything anywhere about how far i can stretch during pregnancy. i no my back is goin to be very stiff but im scared to stretch it incase i go 2 far. Anyone got any idea?

try some google searches but i believe that general advice is to not do stretches where you are lying on your tummy or on your back once you've entered the second trimester. if you look at advice on yoga poses to be avoided, you'll probably get a good idea of what you safely can and can not do.
