I found out i was pregnant a week ago, the crazy part is i have been on a year long weight loss journey Ive had two girls and packed on too many pounds the second time. Ive been tirelessly sculping myself from head to toe and burning fat. Ive been eating well and working out everyday for 40 minutes or more and vowed to do this for a full year. Well Im pregnant with #3 now after 5 months of my journey 25 lbs and 3 sizes down. I was 20 more lbs to perfection and i was thrown a little curveball. Now ive never really tried pregnancy fitness before so i am hoping for a little clarity from some people more experienced. 1. can i keep up the intensity of my workouts that i was already doing until i am showing? 2. Should i be doing ab toning and targeting right now in my first month?, will it effect my chances of stretch marks? 3. How much easier will working out during my pregnancy make my labor, and weight loss post partum? thats all for now....oh and im hoping for a third girl!
