hey, i'am having a twins due on the 6/11/06 and i play netball i want to know when should i stop playing or if i should play at all? is it safe to play ?
need help with this

u are due next week?u shouldn't be playing not sport at this stage

I don't know what net ball is...where are you from? If there is a chance you could get hit in the stomach you shouldn't be playing. Also, I know that twins are "high risk" and that exercise is to be greatly reduced. Have you talked to your dr about this?

i live in australia my dr said nothing to be, but i can get hurt just like any sport they is a chance of me getting hurt
