High Blood Pressure And Exercize

I have been on "modified bed rest" for 2 weeks now for elevated blood pressure. I'm 32 weeks now. Before I was pregnant I was working out 6-7 days a week, running 4-6 miles/day 3 days/week, swimming and or biking on the other days. After I hit 7 months or so, i switched to just walking (because I was afraid of falling!)--but continued to walk 3-5 miles/day. So now, after all of a sudden being told to do NOTHING all day every day, i feel stiff, sore, miserable and unhealthy. Is there ANYTHING I can do to keep my muscles toned somewhat and keep my body strong enough for delivery? I have gained way too much weight (probably 40lbs already!) and I'm only 5'1" so it's making me feel very miserable. anyone had experience with this "modified bedrest"? what did you do? How did you get through it without completely falling apart physically?
