im 8 weeks pregnant i go for short jogs every day, I dont go overboard with it only what feels comfortable for me. i havent done the whole monitorign my heart beat thing but it id a great idea considering i normally have a rapid heart beat

I know a woman who continued in her marathon training and even ran a marathon with each of her 3 children (around 4-7 months prego). She had an extremely good diet and took great care of herself otherwise, but she ran all the way up to the 8th month and took the final month off. Each of her children is healthy, happy, and born on due date or within a week before.

I've been running since elementary school and as soon as I got pregnant I couldn't jog anymore. My body gave me striking abdominal pains. My friend also pregnant has no issues with jogging what so ever. If you get pains, stop jogging. If you're not in pain jog away.
