The dr. said i am 6 wks. I am bleeding and having bad cramps. I have negative type of blood that is universal and it could cause a miscarrage. I had a shot of rhogham for that.

I went to the Gyno on 3-10 for my yearly check up... i got a call back saying they found abnormal cells, they werent caused by HPV but they didnt know what they were from. I went back, and the doctor told me that there was evidence that i had been pregnant, and had a miscarrage... i've been on the pill for a little over a year, and my (now ex) boyfriend and i used condoms... the part that freaks me out is that i didnt even know about it.... could the pill have caused the miscarrage?

lillybell, you could have what is called a chemical pregnancy. don't know all the details but basically an egg is fertilized but never fully implants and usuallly the woman never even realizes she was pregnant. If you're not bleeding a lot it could be implantation bleeding.

I've had 2 m/c and have heard of plenty of women having way more than I have...it happens but after having had 3-4 in a row there is probably somehing that is causing it with the eggs/sperm, mothers hormones, antibodies, blood, etc. But they will do testing if you've lost more than 3 in a row for all of these things. Over all m/c doesn't really seem to hurt the women -atlest not in a physical mannor. Emotionally it can be hell.
