hi i was just wondering if anyone here knows anything about post natal infections and what kinds there are and what they're symptoms involve. i had a normal va___al delivery 8 months ago. i was always warned that if the bleeding became foul smelling to tell the nurse as it could mean an infection. well it was only after we got home that i had realised this bad odour. i was worn out and just wanted to spend time with my baby that i didnt go to the doctor and mention it. it is only now that i am beginnign to worry about it. we are planning to try again for another child within the next couple of months, and was wondering if anyone here knew if it were possilbe that i could have gotten an infection with that only symptom. im worried it could have affected my fertility. any help would be very much appreciated.
