How do you get rid of the saggy belly skin after you have your baby? I've noticed that alot of my friends still have it yrs after giving birth. Does it just go away on its own for some while others are just destined to be stuck with the saggys or do you have to work on it? I'm due in 3wks and i really want my old stomach back...now that i'm getting closer to my dd and alot of what i'm seeing scares me.

Anita--- Cardio, cardio cardio......I hated it but I started out at 148, went to 182, then post baby was 135 by 6 months. That tummy is the hardest! Nobody expects you to look like Heidi Klum did 2 months post! We are human!
