Safe Exercises To Do During My Pregnancy To Ease Labor

I heard doing some exercises such as walking can help ease labor and make the delivery easier. I am 24 weeks pregnant and am looking for some other exercises besides walking, and another exercise I do with my legs where I lay on my side and lift one up 10 times and turn around to do the other lol. Anyone have any ideas on what or where I can find a good website that will help me out or if anyone knows any other exercises that I can do?? Thank you!
