Warm Water Exercising While Pregnant

I have heard that aquatic exercise is great during pregnancy, because it helps minimize the forces on your body. I've also heard you shouldnt immerse yourself in water too warm (like a hot tub). Is exercising in a 95 degree pool safe?

They say that as long as you don't get too hot for too long and your out of your first trimester, that it is ok, so as long as you listen to your body and if you feel like it is too much then you should stop, and make sure you drink plenty of water while you do it, I think it should be ok
