This is my 3rd pregnancy and i have already gained 15lbs and i am 22 weeks pregnant.I was already overweight to begin with and i am afraid of gaining to much.I have cut back on food that i eat and cut pop out completley.What else could i do that would be safe while pregnant

Just try to remember everything in moderation, too much of anything isn't a good thing. Cut sugar down and you will see a huge difference. Just eat enough, don't starve yourself....your baby needs all the nutrients he/she can get!
