I want to begin an exercise routine and I would also like to start a diet! I had a chemical pregnancy about 3 months ago and since I have gained about 10 pounds! I don't know exactly what made me gain the weight, but now I am afraid to try to loose it. We really want to have a baby and I am afraid exercise will affect my ability to get pregnant. Does anyone have any input on this!!

I think the healthier you are, the more likely you'll get pregnant. I guess not exactly true, obviously unhealthy people conceive too. But I mean if you and your body are as healthy as can be then, it seems like it would be a much better enviroment to build a baby! I'm 3 1/2 months pregnant and worked out all the time before, ate right and now I work out just the same and continue to eat right. A diet may not be the right thing, just the right food choices, make sure you aren't holding anything back from you body that you need! By the way...what is a chemical pregnancy?

thanks 4 the advice! A chemical pregnancy is when everything is there for you to be pregnant, symptoms start and tests are positive but the baby doesn't attach like its supposed to. Basically a very very early miscarriage!
