Is it safe to work out with weights while pregnant?

Yes, depending on the exercise and the amount of weights. What exactly are you doing?

It is safe, but you should get the go ahead from your doc. I am 12 weeks now, and I have had to drop Bar squats. They feel awkward. Just remember it is about maintenance, not improving your lift amounts. Cheers
