Me and my husband are trying to get pregnant. We had intercourse during the time of my ovulation. Now it is a week later and I feel like c__p. I an so bloated that I can't fit into my pants, every now and then I feel like throwing up, and I have lower abdominal pains, that feel like cramps. My cycle is not suppose to come on until monday the 16th. Is it normal to have cramps way before my cycle. help

sorry I'm not much help but I too am going through the same thing! I'm due for AF on the 18th... I'm feeling awful but only at nite. I'll keep you in my prayers!

It is a little early to say for sure, but the cramps could be due to implantation. the only way to know is to wait it out and then take a test.
