I am on an irregular cycle and I have really been trying to get a baby using the calender of 28 days i.e. playing unprotected s_x 3 days before the 14th day and 3 days after the 14th from the 1st day that I start my periods. It has not worked twice. what can I do to know my ovulation dates so that I can get a baby and also know so that I can avoid having pregnant. I am so disturbed please help me out.
