HI, My girlfried and I are having a child. We are both excited as can be. But I do have a lingering doubt in my mind that my boy may not be mine. Her due date is oct 19th, last day of her LMP was january 19, I was with her from the 18th on, she swears she wasn't with her ex since the beginning of jan to late december. I'm not sure if she is being honest thinking I will just give everything up if I am not the paternal. Will someone please convince me she is correct and I'm freaking out for no reason! the doctor says the 26-28th is the date of conception...is this true?

ijay the first day of her lmp was the 14th. any thought it could be the other guys?

You can check with a pregnancy calendar..
http://www.pregnancy.org/pregnancycalendar/
Input the baby's due date and it will give you day of conception. By your dates anywhere from the 1st of Feb to the 3rd. Good luck. You can always order a paternity test online after the baby is born to confirm.

Kevin, it does seem like the 26-28th was about right for conception. Do you happen to know how long her cycles are? It is said that a woman with a 28 day cycle would ovulate around the 14th day, but for example I have a 30 day cycle and ovulate around the 16th day. If she is being honest about the last time she was with the ex then the child is yours. The question is, do you trust her enough to not worry about a DNA test or not? I am totally not saying that you should not trust her, just asking.
