Please Help Im Very Confused

So I thought that the day of your lmp was your last day of bleeding. I dont remember when my period started and Im 6 months and me and my doctors have been going by the last day of bleeding. Does it make a difference?. My period ended 7/28/05 it was kind of a longer period. What do you think and when do you think I concieved Im due may 5th according to the last day of my lmp and the u/s I got when I was 19 weeks and 4 days said I was 19 weeks and 6 days. Please help Im so confused
