Sonogram Vs Last Menstrual Period Due Date

My last menstrual period was on Nov 20, 06. I've tested positive on Jan 25, both take home tests and blood test. All throughout Jan. 12, the take home tests was negative. Sonogram show about 7 weeks pregnant. when did I conceive? Is it posible it was on January.
