hi ladies i just got my evil friend today after being late for a week and some days i was due for it on the 20 th but ddnt come till now so now i want to start charting but i would like to know when should i expect my next ovulation so i can plan my next trips to the bed room hehel any help appreciated aloha from hopeful in hawaii

its hard to say since you where irregular this past month. you have to chart from your next period backwards, approximatly 2 weeks. start bedding 4 or so days before that 14th day and 4/5 days after, just to make sure you will hit the ovulation. You can start charting on fertilityfriend.com or go to mymonthlycycles.com and keep track of your period, they also have ovulation charting there. gl
