If My last period was December 1-4, 2005 and it's April 4, 2006, when did I get pregnant and ultrasound saying I am 19 weeks.

Well, the ultrasound is on point. You probably conceived in mid-December, the third week. I can't give you possible dates, since I don't know what's your average cycle length.
