Confused On How Far Along In Weeks

I've been going to my pre-natals, one day my regular OB was not there and the doctor that checked me said I was 13 weeks and 2 days when I thought it was 14 weeks. I go again 2 weeks later and my OB said I was 15 and 2 days but I really thought Iwas 16. I'm very confused my first day of my last period was 7/17/04. Can someone help me !!!
