Hello, I never had a dating scan- there was a reason but it doesn't matter about that. So, going by my last period I thought I was 19 weeks 3 days and went for my scan. Then, the lady doing the scan told me I was only 16 weeks 5 days. My periods are regular, she said the baby was healthy but that I'd have to go back in 2 weeks b/c the scan has to be done between 18-20 weeks. I can't seem to get a straightr answer from anyone- my baby was supposedly due 11th July, now they are saying 29th July- what is correct? and how could it have been so out- the dates I mean? Anyway I know it gives me more time but I am just confused and health system doesn't seem to understand these things are really confusing for first time Mums- just need a straight answer please!!
