How Acurate Are Scan Dates

Scan dates are fairly accurate because it measures the size of your baby and can tell more precisley how far along you are. I would trust a scan's due date rather than going by the 1st day of your last period. Hope this helps

By Scans you mean ultrasounds? Anyway I dunno how accurate they are- your baby could be big like mine is. When I got my ultrasound- it said that i was 11 weeks and 1 day..when i would have only been 10 weeks 1 day...but I have the luxury of knowing basically when I concieved being that my boyfriend lived and worked In Bermuda. and I know when I got there- the test showed I would have got pregant the week before i even got there. And no i wasn't out trampin" around! HA! HA!
