can i get pregnat, if he didnt come inside?

MY due date is nov 25, 2005

due date is july 31, 2005

i had my first ob, app. jan 17. they told me i was 9wks& 4 days. my due date is aug. 18. they told me i got preg. around the 25th of nov. does this mean before the 25?
