Infection After D C Please Help

Hey,
I had a d&6 on the 6th of August it was just a missed miscarrage, I bled for 1 week then it stopped. Now im having abdominal pain and brownish dishcarge not really foul smelling, could this be a sign of an infection? And exactley how long does it take to ovulate after a d and c? Can you ovulate the day after you stop bleeding? Any advice or help would be appreciated :3

Hi Amy im so soryy for your loss its very sadx I had misscarriage on the 20th of july bled for 1 week and got what i think is my first period today i have had alot of discomfort and before my preiod a bit of discharge but i think its normal so im hoping its ok i think if its fowl smelling and u feel lik feverish maybe its an infection i have head cold and puttin it down to just that if anybody could help us on this it would be great!! I've had a D&C august 4 & just started my period yesterday, exactly 5 weeks after. Before that I bleed for a week then started having brown discharge which is just old blood. I then had a huge blood clot come out & ever since then I stopped bleeding till I had my period. I also had abdominal pain. I called the clinic & they said it's just my uterus going back to it's normal side. Hope every things turns out ok with you=)
