Need Opinions Might Have Miscarried

I am 6 weeks pregnant and yesterday i noticed some medium blood flow with some clots a little cramping but nothing bad, today i am cramp free and still bleeding and having cramps and all pregnancy symptoms. Yesterday i did see that i had a long noodle like clot. Could this be a miscarriage
