Pragnancy After 19 Weeks Abortion

Hi,
It has been an heart throbing time of my life when mywater broke in the 19th week and doctor had adviced me to go for abortion.
It has been 3 month and had 2 cycles untill june. We have started having s_x but it has been a little painfull and after 5 hours have seens blood spots in brow colour.
It had few spots the next day as well but never seen after that. Although have not had s_x after the spotting. I am a ltl concerned, should I consult the doctor.. would it cause a problem.
