Bleeding After 2 Weeks Of Misoprostol

I had a miscarried of 5weeks 4weeks 5days ago.I needed to do 2round of D&C and One round of Misprostol.Beta Hcg level as of 11/12/2017 is 52mIu/Ml.I took Misoprostol 2 weeks ago due to Retained product of conception.Since last two days i am having Abdomen pain and Bleeding.I feel this is more like Menstruation Bleed than effect of misoprostol.Beacause my bleeding almost stopped for 5 days.Can a menstruation occur while the presence of Beta Hcg in blood ?
