Pls i need help for my wife. We discovered she was carrying our first pregnany on 03/27/2014 and were very excited. this was cut short when she started to have cramps, spotting, then clots.we went and see our OB/GY and Bighted Ovum was dagnosed. she was given misoprostol but later went for a d/c about 2 days later whch was 05/10/2014. All the whle i had been away and when i came back 8 days after the d/c, she couldt control her desire for s_x and i obliged to her demand. She had her first period as per normal for her but the second was 3 days earlier and lasted on 3days instead of 5. after the first period we tried preg but second period confirm our failure. We hope we will be lucky this time. But somethng went wrong after the last day of the shorter 3-day Period - she started to have lower abdomnal pain which grew worse until we had to seek medcal help on 05/10/2014. a diagnosis of pid was made and medications prescribed to that effect. The pain only subsides with tramadol and this is the 7th day of antibiotics therapy but the pain is still there. pls does anyone know if the pid is due to the d/c or due to the early unprotected s_x (she had stopped bleeding before the s_x)? Will the pain go away before or after treatmment completion. i just hope she can get pregnant again and escape ectopic. can someone help?
