I knew I was pregnant but just needed it confirmed. I was sent to the EPU because of quite sharp cramping. It was confirmed there but was asked to go back 2 weeks later to keep an eye on it. On the next appointment a heart beat was confirmed but so also was a second sac. The first thing I don't understand is on the doctors letter I was given, it had 2 dates. One saying I was 6 weeks the other saying I was 7.5 weeks. What does this mean?
The next thing is they said I would need to go back another 2 weeks to see if anything had developed in twin B. On this appointment they told me that twin A no longer had a heart beat and the sac had got smaller but twin B had grown ever so slightly but still no heart beat. So I have to go back yet again? Has anyone ever experienced this?
The thing is I have had no cramping or bleeding what so ever to show that I have miscarried twin A.
Now a week later my boobs have started hurting again and my taste buds have gone a bit funny which is something I experienced a few weeks back.
Any advise or explanation would be greatly appreciated. This is my first pregnancy and nothing seems to be explained to me
