Pregnant After Miscarriage 2

Um I was just wondering, I had a miscarriage May 10th 2014. I didn't need a D&C because I passed it. I had a period 4 weeks later but it only lasted 3 days. So I guess my question is could it be possible to be pregnant? I don't really want to get my hopes up.
