I am currently 6 weeks pregnant. I have been bleeding for 22 days. It started off with just brown stuff and light spotting but just over 10 days ago the bleeding has become very heavy and I am passing HUGE clots with jelly looking stuff and what looks like ground beef with veins attached.....
I have been to my OBGYN and have had 2 va___al ultrasounds...the first one just showed a sack and nothing else....I went back yesterday and the va___al ultrasound showed the sack withna dark image with a flickering heart beat....I have also had my blood tested every 72 hours for the pregnancy hormone and it is going up. The ultrasound did show a dark image next to the sack of my baby, which the Dr said was a mas of blood...I cant remember what she actually called it. My bleeding is VERY heavy and the clots are the size of a cookie. I am in no pain. My dr told me to rest...dont go up stairs and do not lift anything heavy...
I am still very concerned.....I have no answers to what this is causing my bleeding, clots and nasty stuff coming out of me.....22 days of this has seemed like an eternity.....has anyone else had this ?

Heavy, jelly like clots at 6 weeks sounds like miscarriage... but if the Dr did not say that, I am unsure... is it possible you were carrying twins? Early missed miscarriages can cause a woman to think she lost her baby, but in reality, she may have only lost one. Your bleeding symptoms, sadly, sound like miscarriage, but if the Dr. says there is a sack with your baby in it... not very sure- I would seek extr6a medical attention..
***plus you say you are in no pain- a true miscarriage would cause at the very least moderate discomfort.

This weekend I have had a dull "period" like pain and yesterday (Sunday), I went to the bathroom and on my pad was a skin like looking glob of grossness covered in blood and small clots. The slight pain has now stopped. I have to get my blood drawn today to be tested for the HCG hormone and I dont have another OBGYN appt until Thursday afternoon. At my last appt on Friday of last week, there definetly was a sack with a dark spot with a flickering heartbeat, but there was a dark image that the DR said was causing the bleeding...
I call the OBGYN it seems daily asking for help, but I ma told to keep my appts that are set and to go to the ER if I am in severe pain. Maybe I was carrying twins and lost one. It has happened to me before with my 3 year old. I am just so scared and frustrated.
