We are way overdue for a new thread. Be sure to check back to 112. Katie, keep us updated. Sounds like things are getting close. Allie, glad to hear you got a good report and that you are 1/2 done! Hey Sh__ly, Stef, Tory and Robyn. I see you girls on FB. I am not sure what happened to everyone else, I guess that is the way it goes. Would love to hear from Cyndi, Lesley and Jen on their little ones as well as Julie, Sara, Cyn, and the list goes on. Hayden had his 6 month appt yesterday and he weighs 15lb 15oz and is 25 3/4 inches long. He got a "A+" ! Now he has a runny nose and cough so back to the Dr tomorrow! I hope everyone is doing well. I really wish this thread was not falling apart. We still have some ttc and some new babies on the way. Let's stay together.

FRANCES, I agree. I can't get on FB at work because it is a blocked site and I don't get on the computer much at home so this is really the only way I have to communicate with everyone. ALLIE, congrats on the great scan. I am soooo happy for you and your DH. JENNA, how are you? Any luck yet with ttc? SHELLY, I don't have any advice for you regarding the sleeping thing. If memory serves me correctly, my kids were pretty decent sleepers. Maybe you could cut down on the number of naps or space them out more. Anyways, I do miss seeing everyone in here too and I wish everyone would just post once a week or so to comment on their LO's so that we can keep in touch. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

If anyone wants to add me on facebook, my name is Katherine Roemer. I'm pretty sure i'm the only one on there, but if not I have a pic of me holding Gavin on there.

Hey girls! Good to see a new thread. I know it will probably stay kind of slow here but I'll contiue to check in. Kathy I will find you on facebook. It does seem like an easy way to keep in touch though and we can see each other's pics, etc. Katie I understand it being blocked at work though. I work from home and it totally keeps me from getting things done, lol :) Well, Ava turned 7 months today! Wowzers. One of my close friends had her baby too via c section (emergency). She wasn't due till March 5 and she got preeclampsia. Very scary close call with baby in distress. I pray they both continue to do well. My friend looked really not well this evening in ICU but I'm sure she will be feeling better in a couple of days. Well, I send hugs to you all. Ava is getting over her cold and STILL has cough and runny nose. I took her back to the doc Friday as it had been a week and she said she looks good that it takes time for that stuff to clear out. She's 15lbs 11 oz so she's doing well there. Still having some sleep issues, but after talking to a lot of other mom's I think a lot is that she is still b___stfeeding. I know not all bf babies are like this, but most of the mom's I know who b___stfed had some sleeping issues until they weaned so we'll see. I'm doing fine with it all since I am home anyways. Well I'll check in later...

smmom2 - February 14

Hello lovely ladies...fresh new thread. Katie....How are you doing?? As for sleeping...My oldest dd has always been a good sleeper...second dd I did bf much longer and have always had issues with her wanting her paci. But then when we took it away she slept fine all the time...it was when her ear problems started up again that she stopped sleeping. No0w I think it may be out of habit. Anyways, I wam working with her on it and the last two days havent been bad. Carson is a pretty god sleeper except when he is sick. KATHY...I sent you a friend request on FB....Gavin is a doll !!! STEF... does Ava use a binky?? If not it could be she wants to use you to paci herself....and if so then she may wake up when she loses it. I bfed all my kids, oldest dd for 4 months and she has always slept well. other dd always woke up for her paci and ds does pretty good but does wake up for the paci. Also...is she on baby food?? You can try to increase the amount of solids she is getting to keep her full at night. ANyways, Some day we will sleep again....LOL. Well..I am going to dinner with NO kids this evening...YEY !!! Happy Valentines Day everyone. !!!!

stefkay - February 16

bump! Yes, Ava did use a paci till 6 months and then suddenly wouldn't take it anymore! Not at all! It was the weirdest thing ever. I know she is totally using me as a pacifier. I think all the sleeping stuff will sort out when she is weaned. I think I'll try to go to a year though now if I can b/c it's just working out so well. I'd rather not do formula at all b/c I tried some one day in a sippy cup and she hated it! I'll try to nurse till I can switch to cow's milk and at that I'm gonna try the organic stuff for her. I'm freaked about all the hormones and whatnot in the other stuff.

smmom2 - February 16

Stef....it is perfectly fine if you dont want to use formula. But if you do I would try Carnation Good Start...it is the brand that is most like b___st milk...not only in all the good stuff for them, like dha and vitamins and all that...but mostly in taste...most babies dont have a problem switching or going back and forth with that brand. Similac and ENfimal are not as tasty. BUT...if you dont use it at all..it is perfectly fine..I am not with Carson either. Only because he LOVES the b___b..lol. BUT...I would make sure you are giving her plenty of solid foods...rice ceral or oatmeal if she doesnt like rice. ALso at her age she should be eating fruits and veggies. That will help her with sleeping...and if you are feeding all that already...try giving her a tad more. I dont blame you about the organic milk. It is amazing what we are learing what they are putting in everything. Cant they just let things be the way they are supposed to. As for me...Carson is 6 months today !!! He had his appt and is growing wonderfully !!! He started fruits today and totally loves them sofar...go figure right !!! Well..I went to the gym and worked out hard...so I need to get some sleep !!!

Hi Ladies! It sure has been quiet in here! I hope that is a good sign that everyone is doing well! I thought I would stop by and update you on my appointment. The doctor basically went through a list of different reasons why someone may be having issues getting pregnant and staying pregnant. Well apparently according to her I have none of these issues and she said that she doubts I will need any help to get pregnant or stay pregnant. Because of all the testing that I have done over the last year and half she said there really isn’t any more tests that can be done. The only thing she suggested is that I get the procedure done called HSG, which I have scheduled on Tuesday. I really hope she is right and all is well with DH and me. She said if nothing happens in the next 6 months to come back and see her. Well I guess I am happy to no nothing is wrong with me. I guess we just need to keep trying. My Ova Cue is saying I will o this Friday so we will see what happens. Well I will check back in later ladies. Take care, Jenna~

Hello all!!! I am so sorry I have been MIA! I have been keeping busy with work blah, blah, blah! Audrey is growing so fast! She is able to hold her head up really well and have discovered her hands and how tasty they are apparently...LOL! I got her ears pierced a while back and she was baptized last Saturday. She looked like an angel in her gown. :) She is a very happy little girl. She smiles lots, talks and sleeps so well. ... Poor Clay broke his thumb. :( He was running in the street and slipped in his shoe and went down right on his left thumb. Unfortunately, he is a lefty so he is having to make do. He does have a cool bright green cast that has a million signatures on it. He should get the cast off soon. Baseball starts in a week so he may miss playing in the first game but we are ready for the rest of the season!! I got Audrey 2 Whitesox onesis to wear to clay's games to support her big brother :)).......well I need to be off to bed but I wanted to pop on and say hello!!

smmom2 - February 23

smmom2 - March 2

What in the world are we doing at the bottom of the list????????????????????? How are all my ladies...and you r babies and beans and ttc efforts????

stefkay - March 3

Hey Shelley! I'm good and try to check in here often but it gets less and less. I use facebook a lot more to check in oneveryone. I would be so so so sad to see this thread die though you know??? I sometimes think to go back and find the first one and skim through and I just know it would make me cry seeing how far we have come. It felt so many times that I would never get pregnant and stay pregnant. Ah, anyways, stuff is going well but busy. Good lord I can't imagine having 3!!!!! 2 would be nice but the idea of starting the whole ttc process and then worrying about m/c, beta hell, ultrasounds and pregnancy just FREAKS ME OUT!!!! Maybe sometime down the road it will become less scary but who knows. I realize now how much harder I think another loss would be on me because before I had Ava a child between me and Jessie was largely theoretical. Now that we have her, if I were to get pregnant again and lose it I feel it would be truly more devastating than the losses I had prior to her if that makes any sense? Well, I'm tired and rambling, lol. Ava is in bed and I'm trying to get caught up on stuff but I'm procrastinating! Well I'll check in later....how is everyone else doing?

stefkay - March 4

hello? anyone around?

katie37 - March 5

Hello out there!!! I just wanted to give everyone an update about me. I was suppose to deliver today by scheduled c-section but my dh got really sick Tuesday night so yesterday we went to the er and he was severely dehydrated has bronchitis and pnumonia in both lungs so he was admitted yesterday and I rescheduled my c-section for tomorrow at 1:00 pm so that he could be there for the birth of his child. I'm hoping that the antibiotics that they are giving him will clear this c___p out. He is suppose to be released today. So theres my update for all who still peruse this site. I will send out pics through email once Sophia has made her grand entrance. Miss talking to everyone and I hope everyone is doing well.

FrancesM - March 5

Best of luck Katie! I will be thinking about you! Can't wait to see her and hear all about it!! I hope hubby feels better soon!!
