12 DAYS LATE STILL NEGATIVE HELP

Im 12 days late now....my last period was Dec 18. Took 4 pregnancy tests and all came out negative. Went 2 the dr. yesterday and took a blood test but, i have 2 wait til monday 4 the results. Going crazy here...don't know what 2 do. Can someone help me...thanks
