25 Days Late With Negative Tests

Now my doctor wants to give me provera to force my period to start. But after reading so many posts - what if I am pregnant? Had anyone taken Provera and then learned they were pregnant? Would it be bad for a baby? Is it bad for the baby to not have detectable HCG levels in the mother's urine??
HELP!!!!

I had the same fear when I started Provera. I heard that if you are pregnant, you won't get your period anyway but this is the doctor's way of detm what is wrong and why you aren't getting AF. Good luck. I tood the Provera and had a cycle, just like clockwork! Keep me posted on what happens!

WOW! i'm in the same boat. today is day 25 with negative tests, I have not seen my doctor yet but now I think he might say the same thing! I'm not sure I like the idea myself.
